We are seeking a strategic, motivated, and forward-thinking professional to join our team as AVP – Beauty Technology Marketing Strategy.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and articulating strategic direction and roadmaps to guide innovation initiatives within R&I North America, in collaboration with Application Domains and Development Laboratories, focusing on Precision Beauty.
  • Leading and transforming strategic assessments, incorporating consumer and market insights, foresights, and projections into category roadmaps while advancing strategic projects.
  • Understanding and anticipating consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and emerging paradigms that influence the future of the category.
  • Advising and influencing R&I organization's strategic priorities, identifying new frontiers and growth opportunities.
  • Creating disruptive innovations and transformative ideas, converting new consumer insights and foresights into successful concepts and innovation platforms, in partnership with laboratories, innovation packaging, and external collaborators.
  • Establishing robust partnerships and collaborations within the L'Oréal ecosystem, including Innovation Direction, Consumer Market Insights—both local and global teams—as well as business partners.
  • Utilizing innovative working methods and embedding design thinking and consumer/business centricity into the ecosystem.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • A minimum of years of relevant experience.
  • A successful background in Beauty Technology, Consumer Goods, Devices, or a dual degree in marketing and science, along with a demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in marketing technology (digital, sensors, engineering).
  • In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, key trends, and consumer/market dynamics.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, key drivers, and growth potential.
