Position Title: Assistant Vice President - Collateral Oversight

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the margin call process and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and contractual agreements. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing margin call entries for precision and thoroughness before approving them in both internal systems and external platforms.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Treasury, Repo, XVA & Trading Desks, and the Head Office to align collateral management with optimization strategies.
  • Formally escalating any disputes related to margin calls.
  • Managing and resolving issues related to cash and non-cash collateral.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions for new business initiatives, which entails drafting detailed business requirement documents, creating and executing test scripts, and managing the user acceptance testing process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conducting and reviewing daily reconciliations that serve as essential controls within our margin process, while assisting management in designing the Collateral Management control framework.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with:
  • 5-10 years of experience in collateral management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry utilities such as Acadia Margin Manager and Triresolve.
  • An understanding of collateral-related documentation including CSA, MSFTA, GMRA, etc.
  • Knowledge of bilateral and cleared OTC margin processes.

The expected base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, influenced by various factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Market and organizational factors will also be taken into account.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive employee benefits package, and successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
