Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Lead Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, often in a variety of weather conditions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights. The employee must also be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Equipment and Tools

The Lead Maintenance Technician will be required to use a variety of tools and equipment, including:

  • Hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, and saws.
  • Power tools, such as drills, saws, and sanders.
  • Measuring devices, such as calipers and voltmeters.
