• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rapier looms and other weaving assets to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustment of parts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in rapier looms.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new rapier looms.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing rapier looms or similar textile machinery.
• Must have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with electronic control systems and PLC programming is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of computer-controlled machinery and electronics.
• Capability to lift and move heavy components, typically up to 50 lbs.
