Rincon Family Services is a not-for-profit community organization established in 1972 to combat the epidemic use of heroin and violence that were dismantling communities throughout Chicago. We are dedicated to rendering compassionate and effective programs that promote the quality of life by serving as a catalyst to advocate, educate, and empower individuals and their families.
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with other professionals to provide therapeutic and rehabilitative services, counseling, case management, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating services with community agencies. You will also provide crisis intervention, documentation, and billing services.

Working Environment:
The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. There may be occasions that call for an employee to carry out duties at other agency offices. Traveling to and from meetings is necessary. Majority of work duties would be conducted in the field, which would require travel and having a reliable vehicle.
