Job Summary

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in dental assisting who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a community health setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to dentists in all phases of dentistry, including taking diagnostic x-rays and completing front desk duties
  • Assist in the smooth flow of procedures, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing personalized care and attention
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental assisting or related field (completion of certified training program strongly encouraged)
  • Current provider-level BLS CPR certification required prior to hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present information to others
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using professional judgment and diplomacy

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 annually, based on relevant years of experience and certifications earned. This figure is subject to adjustment based on individual qualifications and performance.

Please note that COVID-19 vaccinations are mandatory for all employees at PrimeCare Community Health. Proof of full vaccination is required prior to the start date of employment.
