About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage every client in a welcoming manner, building strong relationships and delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing Pandora's specialized selling model (SPARK) and product knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge: Introduce shoppers to multiple categories of product to build brand loyalty and maximize sales results.
  • Loss Prevention: Maintain a keen awareness of shoppers to deliver a world-class shopping experience and control loss prevention.
  • Training and Development: Complete Pandora product knowledge training to leverage driving sales and stay up-to-date on current product launches and promotions.
  • Accountability: Display personal accountability in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual directives, including setting trays, walls, and zones, and maintain pricing and exceptional cleaning standards.
  • Attendance and Availability: Attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet company objectives.
Requirements
  • Retail and Sales Experience: Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Superior customer service skills and a passion for the customer experience.
  • Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age and Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (exceeding 30 minutes).
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
