Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Design specific treatment plans based on clients' individual needs, taking into account their medical history, preferences, and goals.

  • Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of massage therapy to attract new clients.
  • Professionalism and Cleanliness: Maintain a high level of professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas, adhering to our spa's standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Possess an active FL massage license, in good standing, and carry massage liability insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff, ensuring seamless interactions and a positive experience for all.
  • Modalities and Knowledge: Have knowledge of Swedish Massage, with a preference for other various modalities such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Deep Tissue. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
  • Belief in Massage Therapy: Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork, aligning with our spa's mission and values.
