Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Beauty Therapist to provide exceptional beauty services to our clients at Azalea Park Independent Living. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and skin care services.

• Perform beauty treatments to enhance clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer high-quality services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Keep accurate records of client services and preferences.
• Assist in the sale of beauty products and recommend suitable aftercare to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license (as required by state regulations).
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
• Proficient in a variety of beauty treatments and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of beauty products and retail sales techniques is a plus.
