Job Summary

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Register patients, verify information, collect payments, and perform various clerical duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong communication skills, basic medical terminology, and electronic medical record navigation to successfully complete essential functions of the role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in medical terminology, electronic medical record training, or business classes preferred.
  • One year of clerical experience and six months of healthcare experience required; medical office, insurance, hospital, or computer experience preferred.
  • Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills, and computer applications required.

Compensation/Benefits

  • $13.74-$22.44/hour depending on previous work experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Day shift, Regular Full Time position.
