Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Elicitation: Facilitate workshops or meetings to elicit business and technical requirements, building consensus among stakeholders.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation by the technical team.
- Project Management: Work alongside project managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business process improvements.
- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new features or changes.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Availability to travel to multiple sites across the U.S. regularly.
- Salesforce certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (inclusive of bonus/commission and benefits)
