Job Summary

WorldStrides is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our university partners, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized programs and itineraries
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve our offerings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Experience in project management or program development
  • Study abroad or international travel experience
