Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients. As a Mental Health Therapist with Senior Connections, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities, and provide direct patient mental health services to a medically compromised, underserved population.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient mental health services, including psychotherapy and brief consultation with facility staff.
- Work under the supervision of a Washington State Licensed Psychologist.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
- Fully Licensed LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the State of Washington.
- Associates of the above licenses also considered.
- Must qualify for professional liability insurance.
- Experience providing psychotherapy in a mental health setting.
- Flexible schedule with a minimum of two days commitment per week.
- CE reimbursement available.
- Competitive pay equivalent to $80,000/year (full-time) or $40/hour.
