Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately process orders, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work in tandem with Sales Representatives to enhance order management and respond to client requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain profitable orders to support the overall success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the transportation of goods.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to tackle issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000.
  • Additional 1-2% commission on orders processed, based on gross profit.
  • Total compensation anticipated to be $80,000 – 110,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401 K.

  • Prior experience in freight movement and logistics is essential.
