Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of highly motivated Tax staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base, utilizing expertise to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and grow a network within the local market through regular meetings with business and community contacts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • CPA certification, testing, or studying, with a proven track record of success in public accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and consulting.
  • Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client services and drive business growth.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $85,000-125,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home options.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Tax experience: 4+ years required.
  • CPA license preferred.
Work Environment:
