We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bulk Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Bulk Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our bulk food section, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bulk food area, including rotating product and following our cleaning and sanitation program.
• Accurately package and price bulk items, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and presented.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the Bulk Manager as needed, and maintain all equipment in safe working condition.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise as needed throughout the day.

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Must be able to vertically/horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 lbs., from 4" to 36", for a distance up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
