As an HVAC Installation Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers.

  • Coordinate Work Activities: Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and skill level.
  • Ensure Safety: Inspect work areas and provide safety training to prevent accidents.
  • Investigate Incidents: Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor work performance and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage Resources: Requisition materials and supplies needed for installations and repairs.
  • Provide Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on safety and operational procedures.
  • Develop Policies: Develop and evaluate installation policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor tool and part inventories to ensure adequate supply.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Review and coordinate work activities with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Participate in budget preparation and administration.
  • Specifications Interpretation: Interpret specifications and job orders for installations.
  • Contractor Management: Recommend personnel actions and review contractors' work bids.
