Senior Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Clinic Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient surgery environment.
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical histories.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting.
- Coursework or training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
- Coursework or training in sterile technique.
- Coursework or training in equipment used within the specialty department.
- Certification in a specialty area, such as CCRN, CNOR, or CGRN.
