Online Order Fulfillment Associates focus on accurately filling and preparing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring order accuracy prior to customer pickup. Associates will also make suitable product substitutions and engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
