Job Description

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing JD Edwards E1 solutions, integrating technology into business operations to improve efficiency and operations. The JD Edwards E1 Systems Analyst will provide technical solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop JD Edwards E1 solutions using JDE E1 Orchestrator, groovy scripts, Java, and UDOs
  • Create Watchlists, One View Reporting, Cafe1, Composed Pages, Advanced Queries, Form Extensions, Notifications
  • Write and debug JD Edwards E1 NER and JD Edwards E1 C business functions
  • Analyze, design, and create JD Edwards E1 interactive applications, batch applications, and data conversions
  • Use debugging tools and other methods to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Establish and maintain contact with JD Edwards Oracle support for problem and issue resolution
  • Write technical specifications based on functional specifications
  • Provide technical solutions
  • Prepare and review Test Scripts and test cases
  • Create versions, set processing options, tasks, E1 pages, and advance them to production
  • Work efficiently with Databases, V-Lookups, Analysis of data, SQL, data extracts, and data uploads
  • Expert in working with integrating JD Edwards E1 with other third-party systems
  • Understand JD Edwards E1 security, caching, and UDCs
  • Works on digital transformation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects as required
  • Regularly help in day-to-day resolution of the business/system/user issues
  • Meet and coordinate with functional analyst and other team members to develop solutions to business problems for resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • JDE Certified Developers preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in JD Edwards E1 9.2 Development, support, and implementation
  • Functional understanding in one or more Finance, Distribution, EDI, and/or Manufacturing module is preferred
Travel Requirements and Work Schedule

Hybrid/Remote Allowed

Approximately 20% travel

Travel could be larger periods during UAT and Go-Live

Extended hours during Go-Lives

Work in US EST time zone

Heavy travel required 30%+
