Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for solving organizational business problems using technology, analyzing business requirements, designing technology solutions, and recommending system controls and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage IT business projects, prioritizing tasks and developing project milestones and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between departmental end-users and IT staff, ensuring optimal system integration and performance.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users.
  • Provide direct end-user support and issue tracking, ensuring issue resolution and providing end-user training as required.
  • Collaborate with the business and IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve business process and system issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or as a consultant in a regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in an organization that uses contract manufacturing, preferred.
  • Experience in GxP Computer System Validation (CSV) processes and procedures, preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to establish project priorities and develop and meet project milestones and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose technical or procedural issues and conceptualize resolutions.
