Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to auto insurance clients, addressing inquiries and gathering total loss details from insurers and vehicle owners.
- Respond to incoming calls from insurance adjusters and vehicle owners, clarifying Talentify's valuation service offerings.
- Document discussions with claims adjusters regarding specific loss reports.
- Foster positive relationships with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Comply with attendance, production, quality, and other performance metrics.
- No prior experience in insurance or automotive sectors is necessary - comprehensive training and development will be provided.
- A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven with effective multitasking skills.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A positive demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong technical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A quiet and professional home office environment free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload).
This is a remote role, with all onboarding and training conducted virtually.
Necessary equipment, including a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset, will be supplied.
The starting wage is $18.50 per hour.
This position does not involve sales or collections.
Benefits are available from the first day of employment.
Opportunities for advancement may be available within 6 months based on performance.
