About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
