**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our 45-bed long term acute care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements**
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience in long term acute care or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
