Job Summary
The Conway Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support services to our patients and residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering routine activities of daily living, nursing care, and emotional support to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to patients and residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
