Job Title: Quality Supervisor

At Alloy Engineering CO, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train a team of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manage the Quality Control department workflow to meet production schedules and company priorities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and investigations to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Perform inspections, including visual, dimensional, PT, and UT inspections.
  • Ensure completion of inspection documentation for fabricated components.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct internal audits and audit training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Responsible for complying with and enforcing the company's Quality Management System.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and production departments to meet all QC standards.
  • Participate in completing and maintaining KPIs, such as quality goals and company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Quality or Manufacturing settings with NDT disciplines (visual, dimensional, PT, UT preferred).
  • Fabricated component experience preferred - welding code competency preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sit, stand, climb stairs daily.
  • Lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Standard shift is ten hours per day, with Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required.
  • Periods of stress may occur.
