Citizens is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Credit Product Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our credit team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class end-to-end credit experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Market Managers and Relationship Managers to deliver a seamless credit experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Officers to ensure that credit opportunities are properly sized and executed.
  • Develop and mentor Market Managers and Relationship Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge in credit analysis and risk management.
  • Ensure that deal teams have a thorough understanding of accounting nuances and key drivers that impact financial discussions.
  • Host and facilitate credit training workshops to educate colleagues on credit best practices.
  • Identify SBA opportunities and work with Subject Matter Experts to structure deals effectively.
  • Develop a cohesive strategy with RM1 coverage teams on wholesale credit management.
  • Coach and support coverage teams with wholesale Watch process.
  • Represent Business Banking in credit-related Committees and Group projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Banking credit experience.
  • Prior background coaching teams.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
