Home Health Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Augusta. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- One year of prior home health care experience
- BLS CPR certification
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
