Support Coach

UMFS is seeking a skilled Support Coach to join our multidisciplinary team at the Child & Family Healing Center. As a Support Coach, you will provide supervision, daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents in our intensive residential treatment program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide therapeutic care and support to residents.
- Use Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques to help clients with challenging behaviors and build helping relationships.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure successful transition into residential treatment, through intervention, and back into the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field.
- At least six months of experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional issues or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Minimum of 2 years' related experience may substitute for degree.
