Job Summary:

As a Fitness Class Instructor with Kenton Lands, LLC, you will be responsible for leading engaging and challenging group exercise classes. Your primary focus will be on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction for group exercise classes, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere, encouraging participants to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the group exercise team to ensure seamless class delivery and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your instruction.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the group exercise program, suggesting new class formats and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of teaching experience, preferably in a group fitness setting.
  • Certification in relevant industry organizations, such as ACE or AFAA.
  • Current CPR/First Aid and AED certifications.
  • Specialized training in areas like yoga, Pilates, or pre-natal fitness.
