The Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for students. This includes developing and implementing lesson plans, ensuring participant safety, and promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
• Ensure the safety of participants at all times
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge through training and education

Requirements:

• Must have specific class knowledge and certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with children and adults
• Leadership qualities and public relation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications as required to teach the specific classes
• Experience working with children and adults
• Knowledge of facility policies and procedures
