Maintenance Operations Director

Fondomonte California LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Director to lead its maintenance team. This role will oversee the routine and preventive maintenance of all agricultural, industrial, and vehicle equipment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with a recognized qualification in Mechanical systems. They should possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as exposure to computerized stock and maintenance systems.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager on repairs and maintenance, overseeing routine and preventative maintenance, minimizing unplanned stoppages, monitoring staff performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be a team player with strong initiative, great listening and verbal skills, and capable of working under pressure.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000-$105,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more.
