Agricultural Machinery Specialist

Fondomonte California LLC is seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Machinery Specialist to join our team in Blythe, California.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of experience in agricultural forage and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain farm machinery, such as rakes, balers, forklifts, trucks, swathers, cultivation tractors, graders, planters, loaders, and other equipment.
• Maintain and clean equipment, including fuel tanks and twine machinery.
• Perform manual repetitive tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
• Clean and maintain fields throughout the day.
• Collaborate with Skilled Operator II and assist where needed, working together as a team.
• Level equipment using laptop or other technology in the tractor and level grounds using GPS technology.
• Conduct pre-post inspections and reports walkthroughs.
• Proactively manage business improvements, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and KPI visibility.
• Adhere to proper practices, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Evaluate compliance with ISO, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
• Work closely with QA to ensure accurate bottle measurements.
• Ensure associates have proper PPE and are using correct tools.
• Address safety and environmental issues to maintain OSHA compliance.
• Troubleshoot blow motor operator, set up programs, tape measure, maintenance, heat treatment, check gauges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude toward peers and leadership team
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, reach, push, and/or pull; climb and balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Ability to lift 40+lbs and work in outdoor environment or shop
