About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to our company recipes and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
  • Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens and cooking times.
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
  • Monitor inventory and place orders for more supplies as needed.
  • Clean workstations before pizza preparation.
  • Ensure that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
  • Plate or package pizzas accordingly.
  • Manage all food order slips and ensure that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Experience in food preparation and handling.
  • Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends.
