Job Overview

Position Summary

We are currently in search of a skilled Medical Receptionist to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Verifying and updating patient information and insurance details.
  • Providing clear explanations regarding forms, fees, products, and procedures.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Routing messages to appropriate departments.
  • Documenting information and maintaining patient records accurately.
  • Processing referrals and requests for patient documentation.
  • Managing payment postings.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of public and shared areas, including the lobby and reception.
  • Maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to minimize errors and enhance workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data entry using various input devices.
  • Exhibiting a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
Employment Type:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Experience Required:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office setting is essential.

Educational Requirements:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
