Job Description

The Operations Graduate Program at Barclays is a 2-year rotational program designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the operations function. As an Operations Graduate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including KYC, monitoring real-time transaction flow, working on incident, problem, and change management issues, and supporting continuous improvement of operational processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this program, you must have an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - June 2025 and a GPA of 3.2 or above. Ideally, you would also have a customer-driven attitude, ability to quickly adapt to change and learn new technologies, and a passion for hunting out what's new on the market and how it can improve what you do.
