Cynet Systems: Support Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Service Manager to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a Support Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional support services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding support. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all support requests are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, and for providing regular updates on the status of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the engineering team to ensure that all support requests are resolved efficiently and effectively;
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations;
  • Provide regular updates on the status of support requests;
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the engineering team to ensure that all support requests are completed on time and to a high standard;
Requirements:
  • Strong background in technical support;

  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions;
  • Proven track record of improving service delivery and reducing costs;
