Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing at RISR will spearhead our marketing initiatives, balancing practical execution with strategic oversight.

This position is tailored for individuals who excel in startup atmospheres—those who can create compelling narratives and manage social media outreach while also analyzing market dynamics and establishing long-term marketing objectives.

With no current team to oversee but opportunities for leadership as we expand, the ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, ready to take on diverse challenges to achieve success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively conveys RISR's value proposition to our target market.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging materials, including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, showcasing the advantages of RISR for advisors.
  • Social Media Management:

Digital Marketing:
Cultivate and enhance our presence on pertinent social media channels; plan and execute digital advertising campaigns.

  • Lead Generation: Create and execute campaigns that attract and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research: Perform continuous market analysis to remain ahead of industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and evaluate marketing performance, utilizing insights to inform decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to engage in a broad spectrum of tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Future Team Development: While initially working independently, lay the foundation for future marketing team expansion and leadership.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.

  • Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Outstanding content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in social media management, digital advertising, and performance analytics.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for identifying trends and insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
