Job Summary: Wolter, Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to service our customers based out of our West Salem branch. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to our customers' locations and repairing their powered industrial equipment, such as forklift trucks, aerial equipment, and floor cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems with powered industrial equipment
• Travel to customers' locations to service equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair, preferably forklifts, construction equipment, or farm equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds, and rarely up to 100 pounds
