Join Ayres Associates in a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with a passion for surveying and mapping. As a Survey CADD Technician/Drafter, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality survey projects that shape the places we live, work, and play.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare survey maps using AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor.
* Reduce field notes and process field data to prepare deliverables meeting client specifications.
* Conduct and support field-work efforts, when warranted.
* Request utility locates and perform survey records research in various counties online.
* Attend project-related meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field.
* Familiarity with Microsoft programs, including Excel and Word.
* Experience in Civil3D/AutoCAD and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Desire to become a Professional Land Surveyor and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
