Job Summary:

Orion Talent is seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems Technician to join our team. As a BMS Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work with programmable logic controllers, calibration, and precision measuring instruments to ensure the optimal performance of our clients' HVAC and BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work with programmable logic controllers, calibration, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex automation equipment.
  • Perform assessment, troubleshooting, and repairs of communication issues, program updates, and controls component hardware.
  • Maintain and repair graphic and logic issues, as well as alarms setup and monitoring of the building automation system.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, programming, and maintenance of instrumentation, equipment, and controls for optimum performance through the Building Automation Systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of HVAC troubleshooting experience.
  • 1-2+ years of HVAC BMS Systems experience with Automated Logic, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.
