Rochester, Minnesota, United States Mayo Clinic Full time

Mayo Clinic is a leader in healthcare, and we're seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in a busy outpatient pediatric practice.

As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide speech and language services to children in various clinics and through individual evaluations and therapy sessions.

We're looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and at least one year of experience in speech pathology. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensure by the State of Minnesota Department of Health in Speech-Language Pathology are also required.

Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder, is highly desirable. You should also have training in administering pediatric speech and language assessments and experience evaluating and treating children with autism spectrum disorder.

Additional skills in special populations, such as autism (ADOS training), motor-based speech treatment approaches, craniofacial/VPI evaluation, cochlear implant/hearing loss, and AAC, are a plus.

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend work. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
