Medical Device Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at ATR International. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing knowledge and experience working with medical devices.
About the Role:
- Assemble, repair, and test medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies.
- Perform routine assignments according to specified procedures, working under close supervision.
- Ensure accurate job documentation for cell operations and functions, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of manufacturing management, both written and orally.
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
- Familiarize yourself with Lean Manufacturing principles and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager to set and monitor individual goals and cell performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
- Prioritize work by determining sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.
- Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
- Critical decision-making and judgment skills with minimal supervision.
