We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent to join our care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting caregivers to join our team
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborating with our HR Manager and Scheduling Coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales and recruitment experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
