Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting caregivers to join our team
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with our HR Manager and Scheduling Coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven sales and recruitment experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
