Job Summary: Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Assessment: Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Data Collection: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Plan of Care: Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Interventions: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
- Evaluation: Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Clinical Judgment: Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities.
Requirements:
- License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Certificate: Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- PPD: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS: Current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
