Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Defense Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of DoD engineering and technical programs, as well as military acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising complex DoD/army programs
  • Work cross-functionally with product teams and high-level stakeholders to ensure priority actions are coordinated and executed
  • Prepare and transmit agendas, briefs, tasks, calendars, and action items
  • Develop and present required presentation materials for onsite and offsite events
  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating the management of DoD engineering/technical programs and military acquisition programs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking, and reporting on complex DoD/army programs
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management Logistics, Quality, Production, or related technical field
  • Active Interim or Secret Clearance OR ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Interim or Secret Clearance
  • Previous Ground Combat Vehicle Experience
