About the Role

ACET is seeking a cleared Network Monitor (Watch Floor Operator) for a classified project based in Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will work day shifts and be responsible for operating and maintaining mission systems, identifying and resolving system issues, and communicating with mission partners.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain mission systems 24/7
  • Follow check sheets and SOPs to identify and resolve system issues
  • Draft and update SOPs in real-time
  • Monitor GUIs, phones, and equipment rooms
  • Communicate with mission partners via email and phone
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations for briefings
  • Draft meeting minutes and present to management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' direct experience
  • Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Associate degree
