Job Summary

The VMware Customer Success Manager is a critical role responsible for driving business growth, customer retention, and sales enablement for SHI's VMware business. This position requires a strong understanding of VMware products, licensing, and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships through regular meetings and ensure a positive customer experience with SHI.
  • Collaborate with SHI sales teams to execute against key performance indicators, including customer retention, growth, and acquisition of new VMware customers.
  • Work closely with VMware organization to co-sell effectively across a targeted list of customers.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of VMware products, licensing, and services to provide expert guidance to customers and SHI sales teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on VMware products.
  • 2+ years of experience working with VMware products, including licensing and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • VMware certifications.
