Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through exceptional customer service, leadership, and salesmanship.

• Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for customers and employees.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.

• 6 months of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean safety record.
• Pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.

Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
