About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team at Apex Dynamics. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice to our international clients on all matters related to sales tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide declaration consulting services to clients, including restructuring advice and complex delivery and service structures.
  • Handle objection and litigation proceedings, as well as accompany tax audits and sales tax special audits.
  • Prepare expert opinions and identify and eliminate risks in clients' business models.
  • Develop sales tax optimization opportunities and support the growth of our sales tax mandates.
Requirements
  • Two completed state exams and/or a successfully completed tax advisor exam.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales tax consulting.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment.
